Transport and storage temperatures of -18℃ shall be maintained throughout the supply chain
The shelf life is 9 months
Thawing Instructions (3kg pack thawing) :
Defrosting at room temperature: Lay the bag flat at room temperature (around 20°C) for about 6 hours, and use once fully defrosted.
Defrosting in a refrigerator: Lay the bag flat in the refrigerator (around 2-8°C) for about 12 hours, and use once fully defrosted.
Note:
Lay single bag flat thawing, do not repeat thawing frozen.
Store unused mozzarella sealed and refrigerated at 2-8℃. It is recommended to consume it up within three days from the date of defrosting.
