Milkana was first made in 1952 in the German Alps, in the Allgäu. MILKANA products are produced from a safe and pure milk source with unique technique. As early as 1997, Savencia invested in group’s first cheese factory BSI in China and focus on processed cheese.To better serve China Foodservice Market, MILKANA specially launches MILKANA PROFESSIONAL brand. As a professional cheese brand under Savencia Group in Chinese foodservice customers, MILKANA PROFESSIONAL brand has in-depth study on eating habits and local taste, also it benefits from the rich experience in cheese production and R&D from Savencia Group. Brand Advantages

Over the years, it has been based in the Chinese market and understood the preferences of Chinese consumers. In 2020, the second factory Gerard was completed in Tianjin, China, focusing on breaded cheese products.
