牛奶加入茶树花乌龙茶煮开,过滤茶叶,牛奶称重补重

加入蔻曼纯净稀奶油,以及剩下的粉类原料,均质后,烧到85度,均质均匀

将均质好的液体冷藏隔夜保存一晚

第二天在冰淇淋基底液中加入艾达曼冷冻柠檬果泥均质,使用冰淇淋机搅拌
