将面团打至完全扩展,基础醒发40分钟,分割45克/个,松弛20分钟,包入30克虾仁馅,放入50克吐司模具(DS2020836)进行醒发

醒发温度32,湿度75,醒发至模具8分满,盖上盖入炉烘烤,上火200,下火200,烘烤18分钟左右即可出炉
03
完全冷却后底部朝上,盖上编好的芝士片放入烤箱,打2秒蒸汽烤15秒即可出炉
