Product Superiority
Made with Calamansi grown in Phong Dien, Ben Tre in Vietnam,
which is grown as naturally as possible (zero herbicides or pesicides) to show respect to the soil and wildlife.
This purée has a powerful fruity flavor and a subtle bitterness typical of Vietnamese calamansi.

Product Usage Instruction
Product storage and defrosting suggestions:
1) It is recommended to store the product in a stable environment at -18°C. Please do not refreeze after defrosting.
2) Defrost in the refrigerator at 0/+4°C (32/39.2°F) for 24 hours. You can also use a microwave to achieve defrosting. After defrosting, stir the product well before use.
3) Once opened, the product can be kept in the refrigerator at 0/+4°C (32/39.2°F) for up to 3 days; the product defrosted according to the recommended method can be kept in the refrigerator at 0/+4°C (32/39.2°F) for up to 7 days.
