ADAMANCE has met with professional chefs, pastry makers, ice cream makers and bartenders to take a deep dive into the world of fruit which is rich in flavor and expertise and practiced by passionate people. In doing so, Adamance aims to find a traceable supply chain of fruits, more open and honest ways of growing fruits, and an efficient production focus on quality. As a B Corp certified brand, Adamance is dedicated to act to protect fruits’ future and flavor over the long term, and the future of its workers too.

Since 2021, Adamance has offered consumers a range of fruit purees with a good ripe flavour. To better preserve the taste and colour of fresh fruit, Adamance's fruit purees have zero add sugar and additives*.
