Cinco jotas, founded 1879, a treasure of Spanish gastronomic culture. 

5J Ham follows more stringent criteria than the black label (the highest class) in Spain's national classification: 5J master artisans have shared their knowledge and experience for generations to create a gastronomic masterpiece with time precipitation in a century-old ham cellar, also because of the acorn fed 100% pure iberico pigs raised free range in Dehesa meadows. Each 5J Ham is handmade by master craftsmen, it takes more than 5 years to create a 5J Ham to present a rich nutty aroma with hints of acorns and intense and lingering of the taste.
