[Shanghai, April 26, 2023] Elle & Vire Professionnel®, a leading global dairy brand, recently hosted a “Paths of Excellence” private party in Shanghai, showcasing a culinary fusion of eastern and western flavors in partnership with Michelin-starred chef, Mr. Pierre Gagnaire. The event showcased creative and unique desserts using Elle & Vire Professionnel Excellence Whipping Cream with additional inspirations from Chinese tea culture. These desserts demonstrated exquisite craftsmanship and cultural significance in line with the brand’s ‘path of excellence’ philosophy.

Paths of Excellence in Four Seasons

 

With a history of several thousand years, Chinese tea serves as both a beverage and reflection of Chinese culture and philosophy. Chinese tea also reflects seasonal changes, with various types of tea and brewing methods. With these concepts in mind, Mr. Pierre Gagnaire combined a range of Chinese teas with the signature whipping cream to create six unique desserts. These desserts subsequently embody a fusion of distinct flavors.

Firstly, "Selecting the Best Terroir" highlights the importance of the origin of Chinese tea and the scream as authentic local products, highlighting the Normandy background and professional dairy technology of Elle & Vire Professionnel Excellence Whipping Cream. Secondly, "Better Managing Resources" emphasizes the consideration of the ecological food chain, placing a great value on ingredient selection, production, and environmental protection.
