Product Usage Instruction
It is recommended to store the product at a stable temperature between 16°C and 18°C, with humidity below 60%.
When tempering chocolate, it is advisable to keep the workspace temperature as stable as possible between 18°C and 20°C.
The recommended tempering curve for Weiss white chocolate is as follows:
Melting point temperature at 42°C/45°C, crystallization temperature at 26.5°C/27.5°C, and re-tempering temperature at 29°C/30°C.
