Product Superiority
Freeze-resistant and minimizes water release upon defrosting, resulting in a firm gel texture with clean cuts and a smooth melt-in-your-mouth experience.

Product Usage Instruction
Add the powder to the base of the vegan mousse. Mix and heat to between 90 and 100℃, stirring all the time.
Cool to between 50 and 60℃, slowly mix in the whipped portion, pour into the chosen mold or container and allow to cool, freezing and defrosting without water release.
