Product Usage Instruction
Mix the pectin with the sugar at 40℃, whisk well, bring to a boil and add the acid after activation;
Suitable pH: 3.5-3.7.
Add at least 40% sugar and acid.
Observation result: Gelation occurs slowly, reaching the final effect after 24 hours.
Recommended usage is 3.5-40 g/kg
