
NOROHY is a marriage between vanilla producers and pastry-making professionals. Noro and Rohy mean "light" and "bond" respectively in Malagasy. The name perfectly encapsulates its desire to forge a link between producers and chefs, so that this fascinating, mysterious ingredient gets the attention it deserves.
The first chapter in NOROHY's story started in 2019 on the islands of Madagascar and Tahiti where it harvested and processed vanilla pods. These lands were carefully selected because they produce some of the best vanilla in the world.
