
Caprice des Dieux is the first specialty cheese of Savencia Group,originating from a family dairy in the village of Illoud in the Haute-Marne region of France. Using locally sourced high-quality milk,with 2/3 of the fresh milk collected within a 50-kilometer radius of the dairy, the cheese adheres to a unique production process and a simple and natural recipe, resulting in a triple smooth texture.
The first CAPRICE DES DIEUX specialty cheese from the SAVENCIA Group was produced at the family dairy in the village of Illoud in the Haute-Marne region of France. Its unique recipe and oval shape, as well as the distinctive blue box and original name made it stand out from other cheeses. Its story began on June 21, 1956, and has continued for more than 68 years.
